More on teachers resources:
- Good to get positive feedback about the newsreal...
- Matt's email was not included in the mail out... can whoever sent it
out send me the email?
I am making up teacher resource kits for the Tasmanian forest film that
was mentioned in this email and would like to follow this up with Matt.
- Also, here is a contact from my brother in law, who has been using
the tassie film in the newsreal for his yr 10 class.
If anyone/we newsrealers have energy for Matt's idea, this could be a
good place to start distributing : the national body for geography
teachers. They have a newsletter that the newsreal could be advertised
in.
What do yas think??
This is the group we are in at school:

Heidi hope this is of some use. I have just finished a week teaching
all of year 10 at my school about the Styx campaign in the context of
TWS being an example of an NGO and the role of the media in social
issues the kids really enjoyed your DVD's and I finished of by
expalining the Gunns 20 to them. They all think that it is a disgrace
that people can be silenced so easily. they passed on there best
wishes. I can bring a copy of the work if it is of any use to you?
