Hey, couple of interesting projects i saw about that people may not 
know about
one is blogtorrent
http://www.blogtorrent.com/
what appears to be a really easy way to upload torrent files and create 
a site and spits out rss feeds etc. Could be very useful.
the other is video.google.com which is a video search engine.
also video.indymedia.org seems to be functioning to a certain extent as 
well.
This is also the minutes from the indymedia conference that happened in 
Austin, Texas last month about various video projects.
