[Oceania-video] online impasse

Hey,
so anyone have have any ideas as to how to proceed to get this online 
video shebang working? From talking with with ivdn people they are now 
going back to do more coding and add more features etc. so it really 
doesn't seem like it's gunna happen for a while yet.
So what are our options?
do we leave it for a while and come back?
do we get some other code that already works and get it set up?
keeping on going as we have with only a couple of people uploading 
things to archive.org?
More newsreals? skill-shares? Big meetings?

I can't say i feel any great momentum pushing this project with any 
real force at the moment and am at a bit of a loss as to how that 
momentum might be generated. There seem to be bits and pieces of energy 
but nothing pulling it all together.  I see a great deal of potential 
in the project and an opportunity to be some of the first out the gate 
(at least in this region) with what i reckon is one of the big futures 
of video distribution.

So is there energy that might be tapped or are we all tapped out?
