OK, I changed the crontab so that it uses the correct directories,
changed the rss .pl file to have the correct location of the NZ RSS feed
(now in subdirectory /rss/) installed Template toolkit for perl as it is
a requirement, and ..

TESTED, well I ran the script and no emails out to me :) not sure of all
the intricacies that it's doing without going into it ...

pointed cron messages back at this list.
