Yes it would be good to clarify this - from my understanding it was
donated by andy to the oceania network for doing imc dev work on. It was
originally at his house, but used a cat subdomain [tacwols.cat.org.au],
which caused a bit of confusion. It's now in a cat space and hosts the
cat wiki? This is all fine of course ..

It'd be nice to know who to talk to about it, and is anyone administrating 
it? I tried an apt-get update, and it timed out while trying to access
apt-proxy, so I'm guessing it has been forgotten? I can take a quick
look at it if no one else is - not sure if I can commit to any long term
admin work at the mo.
