[Imc-sydney] Technical help, please I MADE IT AN ANNOUNCEMENT

Make it the same as the start time.  If it's like Tasmedia's drupal
site, this will mean the end time is not displayed.

This is a common situation. many events don't have a clear end time.
Maybe there should be some instruction on the publisher page?
