Just to clarify. When I say 'bottom up' approach - you have contacted
Germany IMC already with your grievances, thats good, you've approached
them directly. Next step is contacting imc-europe, not to suggest
disaffiliation, but simply to voice your grievances and to seek a
resolution. If this is unhelpful, then you 'go global' by emailing the
imc-communications list, again, not to propose disaffiliation, but to
seek resolution. Only after you've exhausted all avenues of possibility
for resolution, should disaffiliation be considered, and then only if
you think it will be successful. At that point I would reconsider my
support.

I also must point out, everyone who has participated in this discussion
so far in the Sydney IMC collective is NOT from Sydney (Diet, Stacy and
myself). I am becoming increasingly concerned that Sydney IMC is not
being controlled by people from Sydney. As such, a few of us have
started an imc-aus list in the hope that we can start up an australia
wide imc (not to replace sydney though). Everyone is welcome to join the
list.
