Diet,
If you login you shouldn't have a problem with Captcha. Most of my posts
are made under my login account with no problems. It is only anonymous
posts that are subject to Captcha....and yes I sometimes have problems
then as well. 

If you need to not post under your Diet Simon account, use another email
address and register another login account for articles you do not want
attributed to yourself.

The only alternative at the moment is to have thousands of spam messages
to hide.  It may be annoying to have to resubmit 6 times, but it beats
spending hours hiding spam.
