I've changed the 'IMC admin' roles name to 'Tech admin' and added Ned 
into that role.

Procedures vary, depending on how big the change is you intend to make. 
Major changes should be proposed to the list (or at a collective 
meeting), with an initial time limited set for discussion (ie end date), 
discussion of course can be extended if anyone wants more time.

However, smaller changes don't need all this bother. Theres a few of us 
now that are in IRC quite regularly, so discuss anything with people in 
there, and then send to the list if we all think its necessary.

Does this sound ok to everyone else?
