Hello everyone at INDY MEDIA and INDEPENT MEDIA people



I’m communicating with you with the hope that you can
help me.

I recently discover IndyMedia and think is the best
way to make people know the real World and true that
common massive media and gobernments treat at its own
convenients.

I just finished University and Im working as
postproducer, I do some animation and always like
documentary and video art.

Im starting a personal video Project design which is
goingt to culminate in a video.

Im aware of the present situation that surrounds us
internationally and living in one of the most
corrupted countries in the world I would like to make
my little contribution to start with this. 

But How?

Im on to make a video, that could be played on an
important massive concert and the theme there will be
about important issues that are in the international
scenario (ranging from culture to war and energy,
global warming, technology, etc.), this is going to be
free.

I do not have any commercial intentions, its more art
and hope to make something valuable speaking in an
audiovisual manner. (better than just ideating some
effectist visuals)


The project will be simply by creating a video
animated and remixed by me  but the difference that I
would like to make it would be also with International
footage that is from Independent people, media and
anyone who wants to contribute to send any footage of
your own that you have recorded that you like the
most, and that you think that as MOVING IMAGE REFLECT
THE REALITY AND RICHNESS OF OUR WORLD, your local
issues or social, culture and surroundings reality, in
all areas and contexts.

Therefore I would like to summon all you Independent
video journalists and people to make a contribution
whatever you would like to do, with:

Part of your video personal stock, or footage recorded
by you, that you would like to share to the world. In
this sense it could be from 3 secs, to 10 secs, stills
of video or images you think can reflect something
important to make people to SEE for real, in the
following areas:

Culture and Ways of life, Arts and Folklore
Health, Sickness, Poverty, Hunger
Justice, Human and Social Rights, Equity
Politics, Governance, Social Freedom, 
Ecology, Planet Earth, Nature, Global Warming..
Technology, Media Art, Incorporation of IT to Daily
Life



By sending any attachment to this address in QT, MPG1,
MPG2, MPG4, or whatever industry standard  in 4:3 high
quality or med quality, at best and describing the
scene, where did you took it or wahtever you want to
share, just to have some clue.

Remember it doesnt has to be more than 10sec. I
respect your work and rights, but I think copyright
footage is for commercial use, and this is not. THIS
WILL BE DONE AND HELD UNDER CC (CREATIVE COMMONS
RIGHTS) in order to SHARE, CC= Some Rights Reserved.
(Where permitted, to reuse and remix other creative
material with permission, non commercial).

Finally I will include all the adresses and people who
contributed worldwide to make this possible in the
credits, and all the invitations for you to see it.

and for all your sharing.
