[Imc-sydney] Scrapping

By scapped I mean wiped off the page.
Why need a poll at all?
Is it a technical necessity to have one running all the time?
Why not just put one up when an issue is really hot/topical/controversial?
As far as I can see, nothing has moved on the meta issues for ages, they're
not just "slow". Presently I find the section just a cluttering graveyard on
the page. Maybe showing just 3 is an improvement.
Thanks for pointing out the option of switching them off personally.
