[Imc-sydney] cleaning up admin users

I propose that we remove some of the following users from the imc admin 
group, as they have either left sydney indy, or are no longer active.

Here is the current list of admins, marked is who i propose removing.

stacy
cam
len
andycat - has left the collective
bj - was never in the collective, but was sysadmining with c at t, but has 
been inactive for nearly a year
waz
Anna Aniston
mark
Mr.Rocks - no longer participating in the collective.
