[Imc-oceania] PROPOSAL: United IMC

Hi all,

First, sad to see Melb IMC go :(

I like the idea of an Oceania IMC - and I mean Oceania, not just Australia &
Aotearoa / New Zealand. The potential dominance of Aus postings could be an
issue, but if we were organised somewhat like I think Indy UK does, it could
work - local collectives feeding into 1 feature and 1 newswire, with
prominent sidebar links to the local areas (both Aus / NZ / Tonga / Fiji etc
etc and beneath them Melb / Syd / Auck / Wellington etc etc) for people only
interested in that level...multiple language support would be nice too.

It'd certainly be a lot of work, and I should state now that I definately
don't know how much energy I'd have to put into it, but if there is the
energy out there, it would be fucking fantastic.
