yes, it's just a matter of moving the directories and db's in them to
the new server location.
Depending on versions, I think some real old lists may need the configs
rebuilt, and there's a script somewhere in the latest mailman to do so,
I will have to look into it all again, as I have to do similar with
nomasters.org, which is an old mailman from memory, and looking into it
a while back, it worked with a few test lists not a problem.
