So I moved all the files over to axxs.org, when the DNS people get to it 
there should be a transparent change, as it's still getting served off 
C at ts server.

As for the dev site, I'm overloaded with lots of other stuff, so if 
someone else wants to take the lead on it, please do.

Also, we have to decide where this list is going to go. axxs.org or 
lists.indymedia.org?
