[Imc-oceania] This list has no admin

Hi all,

while migrating this list, i noticed there was no list 
      admin. I can't really handle admining another list.

Here are some options:

- close down this list.
- some people volunteer to do list admin.
- I make everyone subscribed a list admin.

Please pick one :)
