[Imc-oceania] blocking peristent trollers

hi all,

climteimc is getting persistently trolled by a climate skeptic (we knew it
would!)

what do you think we should do - other members have blocked his log in,
but that's never permanent, he can simply sign up again with a new one or
go anonymous.

i'm inclined to ignore him, except he's more persistent than most...must
have a LOT of time on his hands.

why can't they use their powers for good and not evil? :)
