Nigel,

By using my full name in the subject title, it comes up higher on a Google 
search than the hundreds of other stories and emails where Mick has used 
my full name in the body only.

where you are subscribed, and which is the proper venue for all discussion 
of the details of the debate.  If you are not satisfied with the responses 
I have made there, then you need to address your questions to me on that 
list.
