INTRODUCTION:  The ultimat aim of this web-site is to encourage,
 collect and publish contributions about socially innovative ideas
 and projects from Australians - similar in many ways to the
 British Global Ideas Bank, but with more room for serious changes
in social affairs.
At present, because it is put up and run single-handed, it has not
 been publicised, and  contributors are few, because they must
 send written ideas to a post-box number, not by email.
The counter only counts those who visit the counter-page,
 not visitors to the home page or any other sites.  However,
 there is growing interest in it, and in particular
sites.
