Hi Alster,
we're still doing some tidying up actually so we'd prefer it if you  
didn't close everything down just yet.

We're aiming to put up the old 'active' archive of the site before we  
went to sf-active and we'd like to keep the list functioning to so we  
can let people know about this.

Also there are some people interested in possibly forming a new  
collective, so the list should be left available for them to take  
over should they choose to go through new-imc and be successful.

Also there are plenty of dead sites listed in cities.inc so does melb  
imc need to be removed if other's aren't? There are 6-7 years of  
archived content there and a place through which people who might  
want to start a new independent media project could connect through.  
Perhaps there should be a whole archived section, probably 20+ sites  
these days.
