Melbourne Indymedia has not received any legal requests regarding "Mark
Forytarz" at our Post Office contact address. I note that the post you
suggest may be the origin of the legal request was a repost from a
website promoting ethics in the real estate industry:

which still contains its original content plus an update. I think at the
moment we can ignore this letter as unspecific in content to be taken
down without specification of legal justification. In other words, they
are just fishing, and the letter should be ignored.
