Hi all,
Still thinking about what I want to say about the
situation. It is good to read all the different views
that everyone has and appreciate that my work along
with others is acknowledged. 

I think the best thing to do at this point is to
continue the discussion, but also to organise a
meeting where we can have a longer face to face chat
to come up with a response to the situation. 

I am wondering if a good idea would be to have dinner
somewhere (cheap and quiet) and have a good discussion
there. Otherwise we could have a standard meeting.
What about in about 2 weeks time? I cant do the
weekend of the 12/13, but maybe during this week?
