[imc-melbourne-work] Possible Breach of trademark/copyright on use of image

MIMC has been contacted in writing (27 March 207) by the Legacy
Co-ordinating Council (www.legacy.com.au / legacycouncil at bigpond.com) to
remove a graphic, which they alledge was copied from their site and
posted to MIM in a slightly modified form. They imply that a breach of
trade mark and copyright has taken place.

They have asked that the image be removed.

What do people think? Discussion? Yes, I know, the article is from 2003,
was posted by Mick, but does actually relate in an oblique way to the
work of Legacy as the story is about deaths possibly due to radiation
during the British Nuclear tests in SA, including children of military
personnel.
