[imc-melbourne-work] Open Publishing on MIM suspended

If you go straight to publish.php you should get this msg:
Sorry, you seem to have followed an old link. To publish click here
The link takes you back to prepublish.php which is blank

Now if you use 
http://www.melbourne.indymedia.org/prepublish.php.SAVE
and fill out the questionnaire 
publish.php comes up with the form

So posting is still possible. If we get hacked, we may need to disable
the publish form, but for the moment we should leave it in case we need
to post an article advertising a meeting.
