I guess I wasn't thinking of such a short time scale. Italy IMC has
been closed for more than 6 months. I don't think a re-invention has
to be a rapid process.

I think the Aus imc is a good one as long as it integrated all imcs
(who had their own seperate wires) and not that there were other
local sites. etc.

Aus IMC or just generally getting the conversation happening in
various places about the future of net activism/news in this region.
Also I still think it would be good to put more a link to more than
just syd indy on the front page, I mean at least we should have perth
or NZ if people don't want to link to non-indy sites.
